    Description

    The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City has a requirement for SERVICES as per the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Pricing shall be submitted in the format and for the quantities indicated in the SOW. The solicitation number is [19MX5324Q0028] and is issued as a Request for Quotation.  The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2024-01. Services to be acquired:  Production for an event in Mexico City on June 27, 2024, as described in the attached SOW. Services shall be performed in the location indicated in the SOW. Work shall start no later than a week after contract award.  FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors—Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.  Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote is the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer.  Offeror shall provide complete information of the item(s) being quoted in conformance with the requirements stated in the scope of work, such as descriptive literature, owner’s manual, maintenance procedures, technical datasheets, as applicable. Items shall comply with the minimum quality standards of the industry and any other quality standards as stated in the scope of work. Items shall include minimum warranty standards as stated in the industry and any other warranties as required in the scope of work.  FAR clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions—Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. There will be a site visit on April 9th, 2024 at 10:30 am. Questions will be received until April 12th @ noon (Mexico City time). Quotes will be received until April 22nd @ 13 hrs (Mexico time) The proposal packages must include the following: Quote itemized according to the attached SOW Description of the technical specifications (could include diagrams, maps, charts, pictures) on a separate document from the quote Reference of previous similar events Safety Plan (if you have a better plan, please include yours instead of our format) Unique Entity ID (SAM registration) Please email mexicocitygsosolicitations@groups.state.gov with any questions.
