The required services are expected to break out as roughly: Technical Review of Proposals and Documents: 35% Direct Support to Program Areas: 30% Administrative and Financial: 15% Meeting Planning, Logistics and Support: 10% Outreach: 10% The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Mission Support Battalion (UMSB) Contracting Office intends to negotiate a commercial firm fixed price contract using full and open competition. North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) code 541690 was considered and selected as the appropriate NAICS code because the contractor will be required to assist SERDP/ ESTCP with technical and administrative processes associated with the project and its various programs. The NAICS size standard is $19,000,000. The award will have a maximum period of performance of 5 years (base year plus four option years).
