    Description

    The American Embassy (also referred to as U.S. Government in this contract) in Windhoek, Namibia requires Provision of Technology and Internet Support, and Maintenance services at the American Center. The purpose of this firm fixed price contract is to obtain Information Technology (IT) Desktop/Server/Local Area Network (LAN) Support Services for the US Embassy in Windhoek’s American Center. The American Center is the public engagement space at the U.S. Embassy in Windhoek. The space is only operational when programs and trainings are offered and does not accommodate walk-in patrons. The space has a strong focus on capacity building and when fully operational will offer regular Internet- and Information Technology-based, online and hybrid engagements. The vision for the space is to connect 200 user devices directly to virtual platforms during online and/or hybrid programs.  The contract will be for a period of one-year, and will be expected to commence October 1, 2024. NOTE: Registration in the US System for Award Management (SAM) database is mandatory to be considered for award.
