The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Vicksburg District intends to award a sole source contract to CXT Incorporated-LBFoster CO. Cage Code(1E194) Purchase & Deliver (1) DELIVER (1) CXT Dakota 4, Santiago Flush Toilet Building with Porch. The authority permitting other than full and open competition for this requirement is 10 U.S.C.§2304(c)(1) and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) and no solicitation is available for this procurement.
