    This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates FAR provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) FAC 2025-03, effective January 17, 2025. The U.S. Embassy located in Belgrade, Serbia intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for procurement of one passenger vehicle as detailed in attached documents. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation is not a small business set-aside. Quotes are being requested under Request for Quotation (RFQ) no. 19RB1025Q0397. All the terms and conditions, provisions, and clauses in the RFQ # 19RB1025Q0397 apply to this solicitation. Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement. Instructions on how to apply for a UEI number and register in SAM are available at www.SAM.gov The Offeror shall enter, in the block with its name and address on the cover page of its offer, the annotation "Unique Entity Identifier" followed by the unique entity identifier that identifies the Offeror's name and address exactly as stated in the offer. See www.sam.gov for establishing a unique entity identifier for your organization. Proposals from companies without SAM registration will be considered technically unacceptable. All questions shall be submitted by 5:00PM, UTC+1 Belgrade time on May 23, 2025. The USG is notobligated to answer questions submitted after this time. The Government intends to evaluate quotations and award a contract without discussions with quoters. The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contracting Officer later determines them to be necessary. Quote packages are due by 5:00PM, Belgrade time (UTS+1) June 6, 2025. Late quotes will not be considered. Proposals must be in English, incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
