This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number FA465926QZ0130001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for the purchase of LED Runway Lights supporting the Rpr Runway Lighting mission at Grand Forks AFB, North Dakota.

This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

This requirement is being solicited as a 100% small business set aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 335132 with a size standard of 600 employees.

52.232-18 Availability of Funds.

As prescribed in 32.706-1(a), insert the following clause:

Availability of Funds (Apr 1984)

Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
