REPLACE FIRE SMOKE DAMPERS AND ACTUATORS, TRI-CITIES AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL TOWER (TRI ATCT), BLOUNTVILLE, TN

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is issuing Screening Information Request (SIR) Number 697DCK-25-R-00364, Replace Fire Smoke Dampers and Actuators, Tri-Cities Air Traffic Control Tower (TRI ATCT), 2711 Highway 75, Blountville, TN 37617.

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCEThe Contractor must complete the entire work ready for use not later than 30 calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the Notice to Proceed.

MONETARY MAGNITUDE

The estimated magnitude is less than $50,000.

SET ASIDE

Offers are solicited only from small business (SB) concerns, in accordance with 3.6.1-1 NOTICE OF TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.

An optional site visit will be conducted on 8/26/2025 @ 10:00 am (Local Time) and if you wish to attend, advance notice is required at least 1 (one) day in advance.
