REPLACEMENT OF UNDERGROUND POWER SUPPLY CABLES FOR PUMP STATIONS 1 & 2, CHANCERY COMPOUND, U.S. EMBASSY MANILA

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in the Philippines will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available.  

This solicitation is for the replacement of underground power supply cables for Pump Stations 1 and 2 located at Chancery Compound, Manila.

The Government anticipates issuing the solicitation on or about the fourth week of August 2025. The deadline for proposal submission, as well as the schedule for the pre-quotation conference, will be specified in the solicitation.

The Government intends to award a contract/purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract/purchase order based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract/purchase order will be a firm fixed price.

All contractors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://sam.gov/content/home prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.  Therefore, prospective offerors are required to register prior to the submittal of proposals.
