This will be flat rate monthly lease for two (2) floor model Multi Function Devices such as Xerox Altalink C8035T or equivalent to be released 7/7/2025 or soon after. Contractor shall provide maintenance to include labor, parts, scheduled and unscheduled repairs/maintenance including lubrication due to normal/daily use (wear and tear) of equipment.
