SANDPOINT RANGER DISTRICT HVAC PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

This requirement is for the Contractor to provide all labor to complete maintenance and repair services on the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) and refrigeration systems at the Sandpoint Ranger District building, to include the geothermal loops. Contractor will be required to complete all Quarterly, Semi-Annual, and Annual preventative maintenance, providing all incidentals and materials. The Contractor shall submit a service report to the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) at the completion of each service visit and with the service report, the Contractor shall include corrective maintenance required.

Sandpoint Ranger District HVAC Preventative Maintenance - Amendment 1

The purpose of this amendment is for the following purposes:

1) Added a bullet point under the Quarterly Requirements for the Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) to inspect all components and ensure proper functioning of duct heater.
2) Deletion of all references to Variable Refrigerant Flow Fan Coils as there are none in the system at this location.
3) Deletion of all references to Branch Selector Boxes as there are none in the system at this location.
4) Clarification that exhaust fans are specific to the HVAC system.
5) Clarification that the Contractor will be responsible for ensuring proper replacement of any belts per manufacturer specifications.
6) Clarification that there is only one ductless mini-split system.

All changes are indicated with a vertical line in the left margin of the "a. 1284LL26Q0010_CSS_Amend1.docx" and "b. Sandpoint HVAC PWS.docx" documents. No changes were made to any other documents.

The hour and date for receipt of quotes has been extended to November 19, 2025 at 4:30 pm Pacific Time.
