SCALE CALIBRATION MAINTENANCE AT FLETC GLYNCO

9/10/20205 -- The closing date has been extended to September 11, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. ET.

9/10/2025 -- The SF30 Amendment 02 displays the RFI questions and responses. Amendment 02 is attached.

9/8/2025 -- The SF30 Amendment 01 and the SCA Wage Determination for this RFQ are now attached. 

9/6/2025 -- This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Scale Calibration services at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Glynco, GA.  The contract will be a firm-fixed price with a base, plus four option periods.

This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses that are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Circular: FAC 2025-05  8/7/2025.

The Performance Work Statement (PWS) is included within the RFQ file.

This RFQ number is 70LGLY25QGLB00085 and must be referenced on any documentation submitted to the Government.

A Tradeoff analysis will be used to make an award decision. The evaluation factors are Technical (Capability Statement/Performance Plan), Past Performance, and Price. See FAR Provision 52.212-2 Evaluation and Addendum to Provision 52.212-2 in the RFQ document (page 36 through 38) for further details.

All questions concerning this acquisition must be submitted by September 9, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. ET.  Questions will be answered via an amendment posted on SAM.gov. Questions are to be submitted to Gregory.Hodgson@fletc.dhs.gov. 

Submit the RFQ SF 1449 (to include applicable fill-in Provisions), Amendment SF 30 (if any are issued), and your evaluation factors (Technical, Past Performance, and Price) to the Contracting Officer, Gregory Hodgson, via e-mail at Gregory.Hodgson@fletc.dhs.gov no later than September 10, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. ET.
