SEACWG MEETING EVENT - DOJ OPDAT DIY JANUARY 2026

The Contractor shall provide the Service of Lodging Room and Functional Room for DOJ-OPDAT Event in Yogyakarta area, Yogya, for  3 days in January 2026 with description of “Service”, per RFQ. 

Contractor must follow the requirement on Section 3 for a package to be conisdered:

A. Required Form and Pricing: SF-1449 (fill in block 12, 17, 19-24, and 30),  Section 1 – Pricing (your price quotation, and Section 5 – Representation and Certifications.

B. Technical Review Documents. Please provide the following information so the Government can evaluate your offer:

1. Past Performance (Last 3 Years)

2. Business Legitimacy in Indonesia

3. Event and Accommodation Details

4. Employee Insurance (Mandatory)

5. Compliance with Local Laws

The offeror shall submit the complete offer to the address indicated at Block 9, if mailed or hand delivered, of SF-1449, Solicitation/Contract/Order (page 1). Any deviation, exceptions, or conditional assumptions taken with respect to any of the instructions or requirements of this solicitation shall be identified and explained/justified in the appropriate volume of the offer.

Electronic proposal submissions will be accepted to JakContractingOffice-RFP@state.gov, with a maximum single email size of 10 Megabytes (10mb). Proposals must be in Adobe PDF format and no other electronic formats will be accepted. Any file with an .exe or other executable file type extension will be rejected. Also, electronic submissions shall be segregated in accordance with the volumes set forth in Section 3 above (part A and B).
