SNOW REMOVAL RONKONKOMA, NY/ WESTBURY, NY

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Eastern Acquisitions, College Park, GA, is issuing Screening Information Request (SIR) Number 697DCK-25-R-00418, Snow Removal at  Ronkonkoma, NY  ARTCC,  and Westbury, NY TRACON as detailed in the Performance Work  Statement attached to the Solicitation and in accordance with the Acquisition Management System (AMS) 3.2.2.2 Policy as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  

SITE VISIT   SITE VISIT   SITE VISIT
The FAA urges and expects offerors to inspect the site where the work will be performed. Site visits are scheduled for August 14 and August 19, 2025.  Information pertaining to location can be found on page 11 of the SIR.

Information provided at the site visit, as well as answers to questions shall not change/qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and/or specifications.  Terms remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. ATTENDANCE TO THE SITE VISIT IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for Janitorial Service Philadelphia Air Traffic Control Tower and Modular Offices.

This is a firmed fixed priced (FFP) procurement Total Set-Aside for Small Business Concern for Base plus 4 One-year option periods.

Base Year   11/01/ 2025 – 4/30/2026

OY 1          11/01/2026 - 4/30/2027

OY 2          11/01/2027 - 4/30/2028

OY 3         11/01/2028 - 4/30/2029

OY 4         11/01/2029 -4/30/2030

The contractor must supply all materials, supplies, and tools necessary to accomplish all tasks as outlined. All materials and supplies must be in accordance with FAA SOW's and DOL Wage Determinations.

Proposals must be received by email no later than the specified date and time listed in block 8 of the solicitation document to Jennifer.Walker-Gomez@faa.gov.

Any responses received after the closing date and time may not be considered in accordance with AMS provision 3.2.2.3-14, Late Submission, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals.

This RFO is not to be constructed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to preparation and Submission of required proposal documentation.
