SOLE SOURCE HILL-ROM - NAVICARE NURSE CALL SYSTEM MAINTENANCE

Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The Medical Readiness Contracting Office-West, Fort Carson bliss Contracting Branch intends to award a sole source contract with Hil-Rom Inc. for maintenance of the government owned NaviCare Nurse Call Systems. Hil-Rom Inc. is the original equipment manufacturer and has the software maintenance agreement and the equipment support agreement for the NaviCare Nurse Call systems currently located at Evans Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson, Colorado.

The sole source contract will have a period of performance is 15 Sept 2025 to 14 Sept 2026 plus four option years. The NAICS code 812210, size standard is $34M. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency for future requirements.

The solicitation number is W81K00-25-Q-A208 and is generated for the purposes of posting this notice of intent and the final Justification and Approval (J&A) document. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. All responses received, to include capability statements, within 5 days of the posting of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete the interim purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
