SOLE SOURCE NOTICE FOR JROTC WORLD ROBOTICS CHAMPIONSHIP

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Knox intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Robotics Education & Competition Foundation Greenville, TX 75402 in support 30 Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (JROTC) Teams participating in the VEX V5 Robotic World Championship competition,   21-24 April 2026 at the America’s Center in St. Louis, MO. This requirement is for the registration fee to complete this requirement.  THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR OFFERS; a solicitation will not be issued. 

Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition for this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. Written responses are to be received by this office no later than 25 March 2025, 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time (ET), the award will be made without further notice.  Responses are to be submitted via email to BOTH Cassidy Dummitt at cassidy.n.dummitt.civ@army.mil and Barbara Jeffries at Barbara.j.jeffries5.civ@army.mil AND contain the subject line:  PANMCC-26-P-0000 039382 - HQ JROTC World Robotics Championship. Note - No phone calls will be accepted. 

Responses shall include the following:

1. Company name and address.

2. Statement of interest meeting all requirements listed above as well as the training facility’s physical location.

3. A synopsis of the contractor's capabilities.

4. CAGE code or UEI number.

5. Point of Contact name and phone number
