REQUEST FOR INFORMATION AND SOURCES SOUGHT FOR PLANNING PURPOSES (a) The Government will not pay for the information submitted in response to this notice. (b) Although “proposal” and “offeror” are used in this Request for Information and Source Sought Notice, your response will be treated as information only. It will not be used as a proposal. (c) This notice is issued for the purpose of obtaining information to serve as market research and to find contractors capable and interested in a possible future procurement to assist in the development of a procurement strategy.
The Government seeks potential sources for the procurement of one (1) Class-III LPG Forklift. Additionally, the LPG Forklift must meet the requirement specifications stated below:
As a result of issuing this RFI and Sources Sought Notice, the Army expects to receive information from potential offerors who possess the capability to deliver this equipment to Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL.
Interested parties should submit white papers not to exceed five pages not including the title page. Do not use font smaller than 12pt font. Potential offerors’ responses to this RFI should include the following: (1) a brief description of the offeror (2) a brief description of products and specifications provided by the offeror; (3) the type(s) of service issues that can be corrected by the offeror.

The Government may request further clarification or request presentations to enhance the Government’s understanding of the respondent's submittal. THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT INTEND TO AWARD A CONTRACT ON THE BASIS OF THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION OR OTHERWISE PAY FOR THE INFORMATION SOLICITED.
No award is intended as a result of the RFI. Information submitted in response to this RFI is submitted at no cost to the Government and will not be returned.
