SOURCES SOUGHT- SAGEON MODEL CHARGER

This is a Sources Sought Notice.  It is not a solicitation or Request for Quotes/Proposals

This notice is posted to identify potential contractors that can provide the product identified below.  Any proposals/quotes received in response to this notice will not be considered. 

Department of Energy, Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Region (RMR), located in Loveland, Colorado is seeking vendors that can provide the following product:

48VDC BATTERY CHARGING RECTIFIER MODULES FOR SAGEON CHARGING SYSTEMS, part number 100-7670-4850

Potential Sources shall submit a response/capability statement that includes the information responsive to the information identified in listed in paragraphs (1)-(4) below. 

(1) Company name, address, and point of contact, including name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.

(2) Company Business Information designation, (i.e., small, small disadvantaged, woman-owned, HUBZone, serviced-disabled veteran-owned small business, etc.) under NAICS Code 335999 (All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing) Size Standard 600 Employees.

(3) Your company’s SAM Unique Entity ID (UEI) Number

(4) Country of Origin/Manufacture of item

Hammans (hammans@wapa.gov) NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED.  Deadline for response/submittal of capability statement is Monday May 4, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. MDT.  The subject line of your email shall state: “SANGEON RECTIFIER  - 26WA159803"
