SPECIAL NOTICE - INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE GRANT CONFERENCE ROOM AUDIOVISUAL SYSTEM MAINTENANCE

U.S. Army Contracting Command, Office of Aberdeen Proving Ground, Natick Division (ACC-APG, Natick Division), located in Natick, Massachusetts, in support of U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command, Soldier Center, GStaff – G6, intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract under the authority of RFO FAR 12.102(a) for one base year, three option years, and potential additional extension up six-months under FAR clause 52.217-8 for integrated room maintenance for audiovisual systems installed in the Grant Conference Room at Natick Soldier Systems Center to Unicom Government, Inc. located at 15010 Conference Center Drive, Suite 500, Chantilly, VA 20151-3852. It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded on or before August 20, 2026.

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. There is no solicitation document. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which would be considered by the agency. Any response should demonstrate how the source can provide the requirements identified above without incurring unacceptable delays or duplicative costs to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.

Bousaleh, Contract Specialist, edmund.j.bousaleh.civ@army.mil, and Alejandro Ayala, Contracting Officer, alejandro.ayala.civ@army.mil, no later than 1500 HRS EDT JULY 22, 2026. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. All costs associated with responding to this notice will be solely at the expense of the interested source.
