The subcontractor shall remove and replace, in its entirety, the HVAC systems servicing the Beam Position Monitor (BPM) Rooms in Buildings 116 and 132. All construction activities must be performed primarily during SSRLs Summer 2026 shutdown, scheduled from July 21, 2026 through August 31, 2026, with the HVAC system operational no later than September, 2026. If equipment lead times prevent full completion by this date, the project shall be phased to complete as much work as possible during the Summer 2026 shutdown, with any remaining work performed during the Summer 2027 shutdown.
