Delivery destination is VSTJ, Pendergrass, GA with one delivery 150 days after award. Submittal of First Article is required 75 days after date of award at the contractor’s facility. This RFQ will be issued as Unrestricted with an Evaluation Preference for Small Businesses in a Hub Zone. RFQ document can be obtained by contacting Nick DiNofa by e-mail at Nicholas.DiNofa@dla.mil. This document will be available until April 24, 2026. Oral quotations will be requested at the same time as this announcement. The closing date for oral quotations is 3:00 PM ET, April 24, 2026.

The Defense Appropriations and Authorization Acts and other statutes (including what is commonly referred to as “The Berry Amendment”) impose restrictions on the DOD’s acquisition of foreign products and services.
