NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD

The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order of the 29 Defiant RBS Variant 12K GVAWR Aluminum I Beam Trailer and Tandem 6K Dexter Galvanized Torsion Axles ET110-Trailer Components: RBS RATCHET TIE DOWN SET

Company Name: EVOLUTION TRAILER TECHNOLOGIES INC.

It is the belief of the government that this company is the sole source to fulfill the need of one responsible source to satisfy agency requirement and the only trailer authorized for the 29FT RB-S II.

The total estimated value is less than $ 32,594.40

This sole source contracting action is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(a)(1)(iii) and 6.303-2 modified to reflect procedures in 13.5 (a)(i).

This hereby constitutes a synopsis of the item/s included in this requirement.

EVOLUTION TRAILER TECHNOLOGIES INC.; Small Business, NAICS 336212; STANDARD SIZE 1000.

Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not hinder the mission objectives.

The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the

Government.

Information received will be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive solicitation for future requirements regarding this Licensing Fee.

The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
