U.S. NAVY SERVICE DRESS BLUE WOMEN'S COAT KEY STYLE PATTERN DEVELOPMENT

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Mechanicsburg Office intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price contract to H.C. Contracting, Inc. (Ferrara Manufacturing) in accordance with FAR Overhaul 6.103-1.

This notice of intent is not a request for quotes or proposals; however, any challenges to this sole source must be receiving in writing and sent to kaitlin.n.obrien.civ@us.navy.mil to be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether or not to compete the requirement. Challenges must include information sufficient o enable the Government to make a determination that an equivalent service exists which would meet the Government's needs as stated herein. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
