The Product Service Code is 4020. The purpose of this requirement is to procure mooring lines and towing bridle assembly in support of the United States Naval Academy. The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order to the offeror who offers the best value to the Government. As a result, this requirement will be set aside for small business concerns. The activity’s small business office concurs with this determination. Quotes shall be submitted to Ms. Trumeka King at trumeka.c.king.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 10:00am EST, 17 June 2026. Quote submissions received after the stated submission deadline may not be considered for award. System for Award Management (SAM). Quoters must be registered in the SAM database to be considered for award. Registration is free and can be completed on-line at http://www.sam.gov/.
