NAICS codes starting with 42 (wholesale), 44 or 45 (retail) shall not be used to classify government acquisitions for supplies; nor shall they be used by federal government contractors when subcontracting for the acquisition for supplies. It is mandated by the Small Business Administration (SBA). This amendment clarifies vendor inquiries about whether UTVs must include roofs and windshields. Per AFROTC requirements, all UTVs must be equipped with both a roof and a windshield. The amended SOR shall be added to the file along with the Q&A and Responses document.
