Question: 1 – Location of Refrigerator: I would like to bid on this project (36C24W25Q0218P003), but the attached drawings do not show me the dimensions of the walk-in refrigerator LxWxH and the desired temperature. Please let me know!

VA Response: Per the SOW and a previous RFI: There will be sheetrock on three sides, making a footprint of 9 foot 3 inches by 9 foot 9 inches (this will need to be verified by the contractor). The set point will be 2 degrees Celsius.

Question: 2 – Condensing Unit: How far is the condensing unit from the walk-in cooler?

VA Response: Per the SOW, the condensing unit is to be installed on top of the walk-in.
