The United States Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Installation & Technology Division, Facilities Branch, is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to conduct market research and identify qualified Small Businesses capable of supporting the requirement for Water Treatment Chemicals at U.S. Army Garrison Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland. The anticipated NAICS code for this requirement is 325998 – All Other Miscellaneous Chemical Product and Preparation Manufacturing

This notice is issued solely for informational and planning purposes. The Government’s objective is to identify qualified vendors capable of providing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, technical expertise, and incidental services required to perform traffic signal maintenance, repair, inspection, and replacement in accordance with the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Information regarding SAM registration is available at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. No reimbursement will be made for any costs incurred in responding to this notice or to any subsequent requests for information.
SCOPE OF WORK
PURPOSE OF THIS MARKET RESEARCH
Information received will assist the Government in:
If the requirement is determined to be an unrestricted competition, Small Business responses may be used to establish subcontracting goals.
Respondents should indicate their business size and status (e.g., Small Business, 8(a), Woman-Owned, Minority-Owned, HUBZone, etc.). References may be used to verify past performance on Government or commercial contracts.
Interested businesses should submit a capabilities statement (no more than 10 pages, 8.5 x 11-inch format, font size no smaller than 12 point) demonstrating their ability to perform the services described in this notice. Bullet format is preferred.
No phone calls or email inquiries regarding the status of any future solicitation will be accepted prior to release.
