The ATVs offered must meet the specifications/descriptions in Attached 1 - Statement of Work (SOW) and enough detailed specifications must be submitted with the quote for a technical review to be completed. All interested vendors must provide an authorized manufacturer distribution letter, along with the quote package, to be considered for award. QUESTION DEADLINE: Please submit any questions concerning this solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Government to respond. Questions must be submitted directly by email only to jesus.solis@cbp.dhs.gov. Questions not received by the question submission deadline of Friday, July 31, 2026 at 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time may not be addressed. PROPOSAL SUBMISSION: The deadline for receipt of quotes for this requirement is: 08/05/2026 NLT 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time. Quote packages submissions must be submitted by email only to Contract Specialist Jesus Solis at: jesus.solis@cbp.dhs.gov.
