ZEKS AIR DRYER OR EQUIVALENT

The Air Force intends to solicit the following supply:

 76 CMXG is requesting the purchase of one (1) each Zeks High Pressure Air Dryer part number 11SS750BA400 or equivalent to replace a non-serviceable Zeks High Pressure Dryer.

• Must be rated for operation at 485 SCFM at 750 PSIG.

• Must have 3 phase 460 VAC input voltage.

• Inlet and Outlet Piping must be 1 ½”.

• Must have stainless steel air circuit.

• To fit in same location as previous Dryer, dimensions of new Dyer must not exceed the following: o Height: 72.5”; Height dimension include Inlet and Outlet Piping connection port vertical length.

o Length: 61.5”; Oriented as Front/Back of unit with all normal operation controls being on the front of the dryer.

o Width 28.5”; Oriented as Sides

o All dimensions are absolute including installation hardware attached to dryer.

• Must have two (2) each Zeks or equivalent High Pressure Electric Timer Auto Drains o Must have 1200 PSIG Pressure Rating

o Must have 1 phase 115 VAC input volt

A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated.

Estimated Period of Performance:  120 days ARO

This is a small business set-aside
