The Kansas Turnpike Authority is seeking quotes for the purchase of two types of Dura-Line innerduct: The KTA reserves the right to waive technicalities under these specifications. All manufacturer specifications are listed in the Bid Table (BT-38FS). Manufacturers or specifications that are not specifically listed must be preapproved by the KTA Procurement Team.From the date that this Project is issued until the award has been communicated, Proposers shall only contact the KTA Procurement Project Contact listed with respect to any facet of this procurement. Proposers shall not be permitted to contact any KTA employee, Agent or Evaluation Committee member regarding this RFQ. Violation of this provision may be grounds for rejection of the Proposer’s Proposal.
