    The Harrisburg Housing Authority (HHA) is soliciting bids for IFB No. 2026-08 – Boiler Steam Supply Line Riser Repairs at John A.F. Hall Manor Homes.The work includes the inspection, repair, replacement, and restoration of steam supply line risers, associated valves, fittings, and related piping systems located beneath residential buildings and within occupied dwelling units. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, and incidentals necessary to complete the work.This project is funded through HUD's Capital Fund Program and is subject to Davis-Bacon and Related Acts (DBRA) requirements.
