All Contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). The right is reserved to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals. Addendum #1 Sheet 3 Summary of Quantities has been amended to match proposal quantities and available for download. Addendum #2 Sheet 3 Summary of Quantities has been amended to clarify type of HMA to be used and available for download.
