Sealed bids will be received by the Authority at its Administrative Offices, located at 8763 Hospital Drive, Douglasville, Georgia 30134, until 2:00 p.m., local time, on Wednesday, May 6, 2026. Bids shall be sealed and either mailed or delivered to the Authority to ensure they are received no later than the above-specified time and date. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids shall be received by 2:00 p.m., local time, on Wednesday, May 6, 2026. Bids received after the closing time and date, for any reason whatsoever, will not be considered. It is solely the bidder¿s responsibility to ensure that its bid is delivered to the Authority¿s Administrative Offices on or before the above stated time and date for bids due. The Authority will not be responsible for any delays in mail delivery or delays caused by any other occurrence. Any bid received after the above stated time and date for bids due will not be accepted or considered under any circumstances and will be returned to the bidder unopened.
