The University intends to award multiple contracts to ensure flexibility and meet diverse departmental needs, for a period of 5 years with an option to renew for 3 more years.The purpose of this ITN is to identify and award a pool of responsive and responsible vendors capable of meeting the requirements outlined in the Scope of Work (SOW), while offering competitive pricing, value-added services, and enhanced customer support. Selected suppliers will be expected to deliver high-quality printing solutions, adhere to established timelines, and maintain consistent service standards.FAU intends to award multiple contracts to ensure flexibility, service coverage, and the ability to meet varying departmental needs. Vendors are encouraged to propose discount structures, volume-based pricing, and any additional incentives or special perks that provide measurable value to the University.
