    Description

    OPWDD’s Contract Management Unit for Sunmount DDSOO is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform Cafeteria Services at Gerald B. Edwards Training Center located at 10 St. Patrick Place, Port Henry, NY 12974 in Essex County. This procurement requires the contractor to provide noontime meals and two snacks for eighteen (18) program participants located at this site. The Scope of Work includes but is not limited to meals that meet all USDA requirements, a dietary program that complies with all requirements of the NYS Sanitary Code, Department of Health, and OPWDD standards, providing dining tables, chairs, service wares, adaptive equipment, and anything else that may be required for program participant use and serving. References, experience, financial resources, and applicable insurances are required. The contractor or its principals must be able to provide references that verify they have 3 years of relevant experience. The contractor will be required to comply with all local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and ordinances governing the performance of Cafeteria Services. Contract will be awarded to the responsible and responsive contractor that provide the lowest Estimated Annual Cost. Prevailing wage does not apply. Bid opening will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.
