A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held at 9:00 AM on June 19, 2026. Please meet at the Northwest entrance in parking lot with solar panels at 729 Arapeen in SLC. All contractors wishing to bid on this project must attend this meeting. Bids are to be submitted electronically until 2:00 PM on July 7, 2026 through the BidNet Direct website. It is the sole responsibility of the contractor to ensure their bid reaches the BidNet Direct website before the closing date and time. There is no cost to the contractor to submit electronic bids the BidNet Direct website. Bids may require the uploading of attachments. The submission of attachments containing embedded documents (i.e., zip files, .mov, wmp, and mp3 files, etc.) is prohibited. All documents should be attached as separate files. If there are any issues or failures, please notify the Facility group and provide options for repair/replacement. If cutting, drilling, or interruptions are needed to complete the project, schedule with the Facility group. If equipment, furniture, or patients have to be moved or adjusted, contact the facility group to coordinate.
