One (1) contract will be for the CLPI Mail Sorting Workloads. A second contract will be for the Letter Mail Workloads. Both contracts will be awarded to the same bidder based upon the lowest of cumulative total, irrespective of the individual subtotals of the workload bid amounts. Bidder Qualifications: See Bidder Qualifications in the BIDDER REQUIREMENTS AND INFORMATION section of the IFB. Written questions regarding IFB are due by 10:00 a.m. on 1/27/2026. Written responses to questions released by 5:00 p.m. on 2/3/2026. Final date for bid submission is 11:59 p.m. on 2/10/2026. Bid opening is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on 2/11/2026. Proposed state date of contract is 6/1/2026.
