    The State Center Community College District (“District”) is seeking a cloud-based, comprehensivesoftware solution to support class scheduling, room utilization analysis, event management, andresource coordination. The selected solution must integrate seamlessly with the District’sEllucian Colleague ERP system and provide tools for collaborative scheduling, efficient resourceallocation, and public-facing calendar functionality.The District aims to partner with a vendor offering a scalable, user-friendly platform that can bewidely adopted across all campuses and evolve with the District’s future needs.The proposed system must integrate seamlessly with the District’s Enterprise Resource Planning(“ERP”) system, Ellucian Colleague (SQL-based), and support the end-to-end process of buildingclass schedules, coordinating room assignments, managing events, and allocating resources.The District may consider proposals that provide Class Scheduling and Event Schedulingfunctionality either as a fully integrated solution or as separable modules. Proposers shall clearlyindicate whether their proposed solution supports Class Scheduling functionality only, EventScheduling functionality only, or an integrated solution that includes both. Proposers must clearlydescribe any functional dependencies, limitations, or required integrations associated withoffering these components separately or together.To improve operational efficiency and reduce errors, the solution must eliminate the need forduplicate data entry across multiple scheduling platforms. Additionally, the system should offerintegration with Microsoft Outlook for calendar synchronization and include a configurableworkflow management component to support approval processes and interdepartmentalcoordination.
