    The City of Deerfield Beach, serving as the Lead Agency for the Southeast Florida Governmental Group (Co-Op), will receive sealed bids from individuals, corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities authorized to do business in the State of Florida, to provide Chemical Scale Inhibitor, in accordance with the terms, conditions, scope of work for the above-mentioned Invitation to Bid (ITB). The City will NOT HOLD a Pre-Bid Conference for this solicitation Questions and Answers: The City provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through eProcurement Marketplace by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The City will respond to all questions via eProcurement. Licensing Requirements: The Vendor must possess Florida license or current certificate of competency issued by Broward County Examining Board having jurisdiction over licensing of Contractors in the type of work involved in this contract. Refer to Qualification of Bidders for additional information. The City of Deerfield Beach is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property tax. The City of Deerfield Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, and to award the contract on such coverage and terms it deems will best serve the interests of the City.
