    Description

    Offsite Record Storage may include storage of MSD’s physical records and providing storage supplies, archiving services, document classification, organization, retrieval, transportation delivery/pick-up services, destruction, and/or scanning services. Records may be in any form or format including paper, film, disks, or digital media. The Contractor is responsible for providing personnel, materials, software, equipment, transportation, and facilities to perform all requirements listed in this Scope of Work for each location provided in Appendix B. Contractors shall provide Customers secure online access to their records via the Internet utilizing a Customer Portal and Repository. This records and information management system must permit access to the Customer’s inventory of physical records for the purpose of tracking, monitoring status, maintaining an automated inventory and database of the Customers’ digital scans, retrieving records, account management, and notifications including emails, invoicing, and reporting. MSD understands that technology is rapidly changing in this industry and therefore the Contractor may propose alternatives for equivalent, better or more cost-effective commodities, technology, and/or services than specified under the Contractor’s original response at any time during the term of the contract. Any proposed alternative must be approved by the Director of Records and Information Governance, who serves as MSD’s Official Records Custodian. GENERAL
