Boulder County Building Services (BCBS), a Division of Public Works, acting as the General Contractor, is requesting Bids from qualified contractors for drywall (gypsum board) installation and finishing work for the Boulder County 28th Street Community Hub. Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, materials, and installation services. Note: metal stud framing is excluded from this scope. The project site is at 2525 28th St, Boulder, CO 80301. The project is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2026 and be completed by the end of 2026. If you wish to submit a bid that would include equipment not listed in equipment schedules or specifications, please submit a substitution request along with bid questions. A substitution request form is not required. Proposed product substitutions must still meet all requirements for quality, capacity, etc., as the listed products.
