    Description

Addendum 1 is issued to modify, clarify, explain, or correct the original solicitation and to answer questions and is hereby made part of ITB 037D-26. The City of Irving is requesting bids for assistance in digitizing paper records to electronic files for multiple city departments. At the time of the bid request, we estimate approximately 100 cubic boxes (10 x 12 x 15”) of documents to be digitized initially. The City of Irving strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. Please call the individual listed on the bid if you require assistance with this submittal. Electronic bidding will eliminate errors and unnecessary work, and is more friendly to the environment. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. --- Q&A --- Q1: If there are sticky notes on documents should they be moved to a blank area of the document or a blank page, or should the document be scanned with th sticky in place?
