Awards will be made on an incremental basis during the solicitation period. Vendors are encouraged to submit responses as soon as possible. As applications are accepted or rejected by the District, vendors will be notified. THIS IS A NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT, and as such, the District reserves the right to negotiate any terms, conditions, or pricing with a Vendor prior to an award.
