A2: It is up to the judgement of the respondent as to how they choose to provide information requested in the RFQ Submitted: 6/1/2026 10:28:04 AM (CT) Q3: Are we required to use wet signatures and submit hardcopies or will we be allowed to submit on Ionwave similar to the 20-inch proposal? If your firm has already submitted hard copies, an Attribute has been added to the online solicitation for you to confirm whether you have made changes to your SOQ submission after reviewing said answers. If you have chosen to update your SOQ, your hard copies will be disregarded if you indicate that changes have been made. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
