A1: If the electronic signature is in the form of a certified digital signature through Docusign, AdobeSign, or similar platform through which the signature can be verified then that is acceptable. A3: The requirement for hard copy submittals has been removed by Addendum 1 due to the lateness of providing answers to questions. If your firm has already submitted hard copies, an Attribute has been added to the online solicitation for you to confirm whether you have made changes to your SOQ submission after reviewing said answers.
