They currently have it spelled out to put Allerton controls onto the new ASUs. If they are trying to migrate over to ALC then there should be no need to put Allerton controls onto that equipment. This verbiage needs to be clarified and amended. A3: The design intent was put forth to minimize complication when it comes to controls and be stewards of the county’s budget.
