    PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF WEST DES MOINES PARK & RECREATION DEPARTMENT REQUEST FOR BID Electronically submitted bids will be received by the City of West Des Moines City Clerk’s Office at wdm.ionwave.net until 2:00 p.m. on June 17, 2026 for the following described public improvement: SOUTHWOODS PARK DISC GOLF IMPROVEMENTS At the above time all bids received by the City will be electronically unsealed and made public at wdm.ionwave.net. The extent of work on this project is the furnishing of all labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of improvements generally described as follows: The Base Bid project includes construction of disc golf improvements at Southwoods Park Disc Golf Course. Improvements include but are not limited to seeding, landscape plantings, limestone benches, limestone outcrop steps, roadstone pathways, roadstone around existing concrete pads with minor grading, and granite boulder retaining walls. All work to include materials, labor and equipment necessary to complete project no later than September 30, 2026. All bids shall be made on the form furnished by the City through wdm.ionwave.net and shall be filed on or before the time specified above. Each proposal shall be electronically accompanied with a scanned copy of the Request For Bid packet with completed signature and references page. Failure to submit a fully completed proposal may result in the bid being deemed non-responsive and rejected. Bidding forms including Request For Bid packet may be obtained from the online bid posting at wdm.ionwave.net.
