Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide a Data Management Solution to the Technical College System of Georgia ¿ Office of Adult Education (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP. The required system will support the Georgia adult education system and our network of 28+ regional programs serving all 159 Counties through approximately 4,000 classes and 300 sites. The system will ensure that the state can meet its oversight and monitoring responsibilities of federally funded sub-grantees, improving data quality and collection, and supporting program improvement with a state- of the -art user interface. Reference Statement of Needs for more detailed requirements. It is expected that this system will make it possible for the State Entity to meet the following goals: 1. Meet all current and future data collection and reporting requirements. 2. Improve the State Entity oversight and risk assessment and mitigation of funded providers. 3. Provide more accurate, transparent, and real-time data to providers and the System office for evidence-based decision- making. 4. Improve constituent-facing digital experience (e.g. intuitive interface, streamlined data entry, full accessibility); 5. Increase local provider management capacity (e.g. supporting digital student intake, improved class scheduling, more precise enrollment records); and 6. Support consistent training, technical assistance, Help Desk services, and onboarding of new personnel. A MANDATORY Virtual Pre-bid Conference is schedule for June 6, 2025 at 2:00pm EST.
