The City intends to issue a campground operation permit authorizing the private operation of Allison Point Fishing Area beginning in 2017. The permit will have an initial two-year term, renewable for three additional 1-year extensions by mutual agreement. Summary of Services to be Provided: The Respondent will be responsible for providing all labor, supplies, and materials necessary for janitorial and facility maintenance and repairs, resource protection, public services, site supervision, and fee collection at the campground. In return, the Respondent will be allowed to collect reasonable user fees at the campground. The Campground is a rural, not highly developed camping area. With the addition of the Romtec restroom built in 2011 on the state lot near Solomon Gulch Fish Hatchery, the new Permittee of the campground will tend to the cleaning and stocking of this new restroom throughout the operational season. The City shall provide no more than $900.00 worth of requested cleansers and toiletries for this restroom. It is the obligation of the Permittee to request these items in advance (contact Parks Maintenance Supervisor) so they may be available on the first day of operations. The city shall not be responsible for storage of these items once ordered. The Permittee shall be responsible for stocking, cleaning and annual pumping only. All maintenance shall be reported to the Parks Maintenance Department immediately and is the obligation of the City to perform maintenance on this facility.
