    Description

    The City University of New York ("CUNY") seeks to procure hosting services of a shared instance of ArchivesSpace, an open-source software, on behalf of CUNY’s Office of Library Services, to be used by the libraries of all of the CUNY campuses in the five boroughs of New York City (the “Colleges,” a list of which is provided as Attachment B). The Contractor shall provide setup, configuration, and conversion services in connection with the Contractor-hosted ArchivesSpace Service (“ASpace”). These are one-time services to prepare and launch CUNY's collections and data in the ASpace. Contractor shall also provide ongoing services to administer and maintain CUNY’s collections and data, as well as its presentation on the worldwide web.
