The solution will automate scheduling tasks to reduce administrative workload, improve timeliness, and deliver consistent, reliable service to children, families, and adults. The platform must provide proactive scheduling, automated reminders, and text-based communication that includes worker details and simple rescheduling options, reducing missed visits, improving engagement, and lessening the burden on clients. Zip code–based routing, geo-tracking, and app-based check-ins will enhance travel efficiency, strengthen oversight, and support worker safety. The system should remain flexible so that programs with specialized requirement can access the features needed, ensuring that each division’s unique needs are met without unnecessary complexity. The solution must be user-friendly, secure, scalable, and capable of supporting long-term deployment across all DPSS divisions, including Finance and Administrative Services.
