The successful bidder will be required to submit a 100% performance bond, a 100% labor and materials payment bond, and a 10% maintenance bond. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages must be paid on this contract. There are no liquidated damages for this project.A grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources provides partial funding for this project.Bids must be submitted on the bid form provided in the bid package.
